To be an IT Pro isn't an easy task to achieved just a night over, there are many things to be achieved and things to prove the title to be called an IT Pro.

RESPONSIBILITY
IT Professionals seek and accept responsibility. IT Pro's are to be trusted and given high levels of responsibility. Being poor in responsibility  makes a big impact in your image as an IT PRofessional.

ATTITUDE
Attitude can be considered one of the crucial traits on being an IT Pro, because its in this trait that measures the ability of the person to operate and withstand the obstacles that may hinder the path to success. IT Professional's must have descent attitude or a person who has  a positive perception of life.

SPECIALIST
Being a professional does not happen overnight. It requires many hours of study and preparation. IT Professionals are expected to maintain a high knowledge level and expertise. Organizations compensate professionals for their knowledge.
